Situated in rural Aberdeenshire, we produce authentic, quality spirits with a focus on provenance and history. Vesperis Pictish Gin and Vodka are distilled with local heather honey, heather blossom and apples, then diluted with Aberdeenshire spring water. Our recently launched Crooked Mary Gin features Scottish Berries, pink peppercorn, lemon, oats, and juniper making for a smooth, fruity and refreshing gin!
